2005 Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year….Almost :)

Huge honor just to be nominated.  Being a part of the HR team at JPMorgan Chase back then was filled with wonderfully challenging times – we were able to accomplish so many great things: be an innovation leader in the space (first to implement several electronic/web-based capabilities), deliver a global strategy across 30+ countries, deliver peer-group leading best practices and….have a lot of fun while doing it.

I’m so proud and thankful to have been a part of it.
